Big crash of 2000
Mention the SWAT team here and what they had to do to get things going. VZ wouldn't have survived without them.

Info about Robert and Virtual Universe picking up the pieces when Avaterra died, up until Robert got the WA license from Fujitsu, until David comes back and brings things under the Stratagem Corporation banner.
