Mr. Templeton: Goo day

Mr. Templeton: Mr Stig is lagging

Plain, simple Garak: Well, you're both here...

Plain, simple Garak: Rather unprecedented, eh?

Mr. Templeton: We like to keep things weird

Plain, simple Garak: That's good...

Mr. Templeton: I finally know what you really look like after all these years

Plain, simple Garak: I'm having too much fun here lately....

Mr. Templeton: having clicked your about you box

Mr. Templeton: Addicitive, isn't it

Plain, simple Garak: lol! Trying to get closer to the real thing... Oh, I thought you meant Garak... <g>

Mr. Templeton: ha ha

Plain, simple Garak: Yeah, I actually generated some t's by selling animated angel wings. Makes things a lot more fun with

[Corrupted Text from Plain, simple Garak.]

Mr. Templeton: Of course.. I haven't bothered with the paid for stuff myself

Mr. Templeton: too hard for me to get it, even working for this place <grin>

Plain, simple Garak: I thought I would try, since I don't really have anything rare yet...

Mr. Templeton: So, what did you you think about the idea of running merchandise events I suggested?

Plain, simple Garak: I think that's a good idea. I need to find someone interested in doing that, and I need to get some rough

Plain, simple Garak: idea as to how that would work (for them, that is).

Stig Redfin of the Ukrann: Hi everyone, I'm just gonna go an dload up some images

Mr. Templeton: yeah, the main prob I have had...

Mr. Templeton: Is when people don't understand how to access the world

Mr. Templeton: But the installationn is pretty smooth on a PC

Plain, simple Garak: Is there some sort of avatar that they are given, or is it just the default?

Mr. Templeton: It's the default

Mr. Templeton: They start as newbies

Plain, simple Garak: I see. I suppose I could loan the person a few things... <grin>

Mr. Templeton: WE wanted to make scifi avatras look different but nothing has happened with that

Mr. Templeton: I can proviode some tokesn for that

Plain, simple Garak: Things just really busy for the team, or are things lagging as far as VZSciFi goes?

Mr. Templeton: Well, since the company kinda imploded earlier in the year, everything is done in the US...

Mr. Templeton: and getting responses from them has not been easy for me

Mr. Templeton: But I am persevering, because the web site is looking OK, and I want to keep 'in' with SF

Plain, simple Garak: Yeah. I haven't heard anything back from Michael since I wrote that E-mail, but I suppose there have been

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: switching to esp>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: K.>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: better not to discuss vzones stuff out loud in here, it always gets taken out of context>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: I understand.>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Micahel and Robert get bombarded with email>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: I'm sure.>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: so they rarely respond unless its something easy to answer>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: The time difference always means its difficult to catch people>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: OK. Well, I'll try him again once things start firming up on my end.>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: But they aren't unhappy with scifi they just have other things they are doing>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Right. I'm thinking about Trivia this Tuesday at 11:00a or 12:00noon VZT. Would you be able to make it (if you would even want to - <g>) ?>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: I think the best way forward is for us to utilise the world 'as is' for now, but if partners can be brought in, that would be cool>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Bottom line ids $$$ -- if someone's interested inpaying for a piece of this place, they'll listen>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Sure. I would love to get that going. I would need to have at least some sketchy details as to how something like that would work, that is.>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Exactly -- I have asked several times for some prices on the $ price of creating an object for a cleint>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: client>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: This place can be very frustrating <grin>>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Not responding, eh?>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: well, the people running it, that is>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: exactly>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Michael's note seemed nice enough, offering support and all. I wonder why getting a price list is so difficult, if they are seemingly in need of cash as they are?>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Dunno>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Maybe I'll send another E-mail to Michels - brief one - and ask again.>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: I just think the 'customer care' side of things and keeping this place going takes up a lot of time>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: No don't contact Michael, go through me>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: OK. No problem....>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: I've already started the ball rolling on that front>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: OK. Good!!!>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: If I can get Robert Dunbar, the other world manager on the phone I will get a response for you>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: OK. I would love to hear what it's all about...>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: This place is such a great product.. It just seems to be hard to make it work commericially>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: I would really enjoy a Fanatic badge - provided it's wider than the Comics 2000 one. I bought one, put it down in my turf, and lost it! <sigh> >

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: But I am convinced the kind of product placemnt i started will work>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: yeah, theat's the trouble with those things>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: it will still be there>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Yes, I would love to help with the commercial end of things. It's a lot of fun, once you get the hang of it.>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: I seemed to click just about everywhere, and can't find it!!!>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: ha>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: You are not the only one to have had that happen>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: I'm not sure I even have one any more>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Well, I guess that makes me feel a little bit better... ¸>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: <grin>>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: Am I holding you back from getting things done before your tour?>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Nope, I'm just here to set the stage and tell Stig he isn't to go into VZones>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: As part of the 'mythos' I'm generating>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Then he will probably go and do just that <grin>>

<ESP from Plain, simple Garak: I see. He's been banished, eh?>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Haven't decided yet>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: No he hasn't got a license to be in VZones>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: Shiren was sacred by it all last week>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: scared>

<ESP to Plain, simple Garak: see the transcript...>

The actual tour begins.
