Willow: thank you for joining us
Valet Ragelic: Oh, not a problem <grin>. I love the idea of the interviews
Willow: the purpose of this time is to make citizens aware of valet efforts on their behalf
Willow: the questions I will be asking you have all been discussed and approved by Claudette
Valet Ragelic: Im no Kenn, but I'll answer to the best of my ability <grin>

Willow: first question,
Willow: how long have you been a valet
Valet Ragelic: Well, lets see. (thinking back)
Valet Ragelic: lag lag lag lag
Valet Ragelic: Sorry..lagging a bit <grin>
Willow: not a problem
Valet Ragelic: Okay, I guess I was given the valet title around March. Hmm, yes that seems about right <grin>
Willow: what are your major duties as a valet?
Valet Ragelic: Well, I've always seen valets as helpers...
Valet Ragelic: Avatars who help out when it is needed.
Valet Ragelic: Now, my most common page, would be...
Valet Ragelic: from newbies who are still learning about the worlds away interface.
Willow: I know you sponsor many hosts for their events as well...
Willow: are there other behinds the scenes activities you perform on behalf on hotel citizens?
Valet Ragelic: Well, all valets give their input on improvments/problems (as do many avatars)...
Valet Ragelic: Personally, I do help out with few events and give tips to hosters. But, I dont really think of that as a Valet duty. It's just something I enjoy
Willow: Approximately how many hours a month would you say you devote to online and other offline Hotel activities?
Valet Ragelic: Every month turns out to be different <grin>. Much of it depends on RW work also. If there is a big event happening, I could be spending 5 hours a day working in WA....
Willow: are you able to guess an average per month?
Valet Ragelic: I try to devote min. 60hours a month. I would approximate I do around 70 hours average
Willow: Since March, does one particular valet experience stand out in your mind..
Willow: as most interesting or most rewarding?
Valet Ragelic: lol, yes..one does....
Willow: please share it with us
Valet Ragelic: I wont mention avatar names <grin>...
Valet Ragelic: I was paged one late night to come assist someone in their turf
Valet Ragelic: I esp'd the pager, Introduced myself and asked them how I could help <grin>
Valet Ragelic: They said "Quick! I need your help! Please come here right away!!!"
Valet Ragelic: So, I expected the worse and quickly pulled out my amulet and teleported over <grin>
Valet Ragelic: Now, I must note. This avatar has been a part of the hotel community for quite a while.
Valet Ragelic: Now, I unghosted and found this avatar very sad <sigh>, and running around their turf
Valet Ragelic: I asked them, "How may I assit you *avatar*" <grin>, They informed me that someone had come up to their turf and stolen their Red Glasses
Willow: lol
Frenzy: lol
Valet Ragelic: Now..they where VERY mad about this..and they accused someone (who I also wont say) of it <grin>
Valet Ragelic: They told me they had searched their turf for 10 min and had not found them
Valet Ragelic: Now, this is when they said....
Valet Ragelic: "I think I need to re-enter WA, My software has gone buggy and I cant pick anything up"
Valet Ragelic: Now, upon closer examination of this avatar's hand..I noticed something
Willow: lol
Valet Ragelic: They where holding a pair of red glasses!
Willow: LOL
Willow: hahaha
Valet Ragelic: They where very sorry for paging me. But I told them not to worry, It happens all the time <grin>
Valet Ragelic: lol, Thanks....I was laughing for weeks after that <grin>
Willow: Our final question of the day.....what are your hopes for the future of Hotel?
Valet Ragelic: Oh, The hotel has already become so much....
Valet Ragelic: WHen I think back to my first days as a valet, they where full of pages of theift, laungage, blocking
Valet Ragelic: But now, the majority of pages are from newbies comming to the hotel
Willow: yes, things have certainly calmed down
Valet Ragelic: ...
Willow: what would you like to see happen here next?
Valet Ragelic: My hope for the hotel is that is grows and stays as active and enjoyable a community as it is today. And I know it will

Willow: have you anything else you would like to say to the citizens of Hotel?
Valet Ragelic: Well, The hotel is based on people as a community. The citizens dont come to the hotel, the citizens are the hotel <grin>.

Valet Ragelic: Aww Frenzy, I couldnt have a better host <grin>
